We  have  experience  in  managing  start-ups  and  turnarounds  internationally  for  some  of  the  world’s  leading  retailers  as  well  as  some  which  aren’t  so  well  known.

• Establishing  two  new  brands  of  department  stores in  Central  Europe for  one  of  the  world’s  largest  retailers.  This  involved  finding  a  new  look  and  feel;  introducing  new  exclusive  brands  to  the  market  and  managing  the  regeneration  of  a  declining  business.
• Advising  on  board  strategy  for  one  of  China’s largest  retailers.  With  over  3,250  stores  across the  market,  working  with  the  management  team  to  help  build  profitability for  the  first  time  in  6  years.
• Setting  up  a  clothing  franchise  business  for  a  value  chain  of  clothing,  120  stores  in  16  markets  worldwide.
• Developing  a  global  food  export  business from  strategy  to  execution  for  one  of  the  UK’s  largest  retailers.  34  markets  with  17  partners.
• Growing  a  stagnant  local  department  store  business  in  Singapore  to  8x  profit. 

We  have  also managed  some  of  the  more  difficult  aspects  of  business  including  landing  restructuring  and  downsizing  plans.
